Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing English- and Spanish-speaking clients, promote discounts, identify sales opportunities, address objections, and close sales. The role requires confident, persuasive, professional phone communication, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in both languages. Previous phone sales experience is preferred, while internet or cable services experience is a significant advantage. This is a remote, Monday-through-Friday position operating on Eastern Time.

Create and manage digital content across social media, newsletters, websites, and YouTube; coordinate virtual and in-person recruitment events across Canada and the United States; manage school and university partnerships; engage online communities; maintain marketing records, calendars, assets, and inventory; track campaign, event, and social media performance; and recommend improvements to marketing workflows and materials.

Supports international student recruitment across North America from enquiry through enrolment. Manages prospective student communications, CRM records, lead follow-up, conversion activity, school and counsellor outreach, recruitment events, market research, recruitment calendars, travel logistics, and budget coordination. Analyzes recruitment data to identify priority markets and improve conversion. Collaborates with UK-based teams and stakeholders while providing timely guidance on scholarships, visas, deadlines, and enrollment steps.
