Develop and maintain Android SDKs used across Easybrain apps; write testable, high-performance Kotlin code; participate in code reviews; communicate with stakeholders; review stability metrics and optimize app performance; support integration of ads, subscriptions, notifications, and utilities.

Design and manage large game features, systems, and content for casual games. Turn concepts into feature requirements, collaborate with production and other teams, and use feedback and data to optimize retention and monetization.

Execute Easybrain's global mobile user acquisition strategy: launch and optimize campaigns across ad networks using data analysis, target users by performance metrics, and collaborate with designers on ad creatives to drive project growth.

Provide day-to-day legal support for the Polish entity: draft and review NDAs and commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycle and corporate housekeeping, support HR/Finance legal needs, monitor relevant Polish law changes, and assist with routine IP documentation.

Own and improve ads monetization: propose optimizations, coordinate implementation with production, analyze LTV-related metrics with analytics, and optimize the ad stack.

Design, develop and maintain UI and API automated tests (Python + Playwright/Pytest); build end-to-end scenarios with backend and data-layer validation; stabilize test suites; integrate tests into CI/CD; maintain test documentation and reporting; perform manual and exploratory testing and collaborate with backend/frontend/QA teams.

Manage and optimize performance mobile user acquisition campaigns for iOS/Android games across ad networks. Collaborate with design and marketing, analyze user quality via internal reporting, optimize targeting and KPIs to improve ROI, and report results.

Lead recruitment and onboarding, coordinate adaptation and performance, implement HR policies, advise management on personnel issues, manage relocation and immigration, resolve employee HR issues, organise events, prepare reports and supervise health and safety.

Design mobile game interfaces and animations for iOS/Android, build interactive prototypes, adapt UIs for tablets, prepare layout guidelines, review game builds, present design solutions, and collaborate with developers to solve product problems and improve game experiences.

Maintain full statutory accounting records per Polish regulations, perform month- and year-end closings, manage bank transactions and payroll entries (~50 employees), prepare tax declarations (VAT, CIT, JPK), produce reports and statutory financial statements, cooperate with auditors, and supervise a junior accountant.
