Build and operate real-time machine learning services for ads monetization and game personalization. Develop large-scale data pipelines, optimize Python services and SQL queries, deploy models to production, and establish CI/CD, monitoring, and model quality tracking. Partner with Data Scientists to translate research into production systems, define interfaces, gather business requirements, and make technical decisions across backend engineering, data engineering, and MLOps.

Manage the Warsaw office environment, resolve daily operational issues, support internal events and employee onboarding, prepare workspaces, and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. The role also involves maintaining office supplies, purchases, budgets, and a welcoming, organized workplace.

Build and deploy machine learning systems for ads monetization, LTV prediction, user acquisition optimization, and in-game personalization. Own models end to end, including problem framing, data exploration, research, production deployment, validation, A/B testing, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with analytics teams to improve business metrics using behavioral data and modern ML techniques.
