Develop advertising concepts for mobile games across video, static, and playable formats. Create briefs, review creative quality, test playable ads, analyze competitor trends, contribute to performance analysis, and coordinate production with designers, developers, and the Creative Producer.

Analyze player behavior and product metrics for mobile games, design and evaluate A/B tests, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to product stakeholders. The role requires Python, SQL, quantitative analysis, product analytics, and practical AI-tool usage. Responsibilities include monitoring retention, engagement, and monetization, researching progression and game balance, and supporting experiment rollout decisions.

Build and operate real-time machine learning services for ads monetization and game personalization. Develop large-scale data pipelines, optimize Python services and SQL queries, deploy models to production, and establish CI/CD, monitoring, and model quality tracking. Partner with Data Scientists to translate research into production systems, define interfaces, gather business requirements, and make technical decisions across backend engineering, data engineering, and MLOps.
