Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer-facing support for federal ICAM environments. Resolve identity lifecycle, provisioning, entitlement, authentication, SSO, MFA, federation, and conditional access issues across SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and GitHub. Document incidents in ServiceNow, perform root cause analysis, support change validation, maintain knowledge articles, report SLA metrics, and coordinate with engineering, security, platform, and government stakeholders.

Assess federal ICAM environments, identify gaps against policy and Zero Trust target states, and develop risk-informed recommendations, roadmaps, strategy documents, governance artifacts, and briefings. Apply FICAM, NIST, OMB, HSPD-12, and FISMA guidance while supporting control assessments, audits, compliance reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across technical and executive audiences.

Administer and secure the organization’s GitHub environment, including repositories, permissions, branch protections, security controls, and CI/CD workflows. Build automation with GitHub Actions, APIs, and scripting; monitor reliability against SLOs; troubleshoot incidents; and improve developer experience. Integrate identity providers and security tools, support migrations, maintain documentation, and guide teams on GitHub usage and Copilot adoption. The role requires SRE or DevOps experience, infrastructure-as-code, containers, cloud platforms, and observability tooling.

Owns federal contracting pursuits from qualification through award, developing win strategies, competitive positioning, price-to-win, customer intelligence, teaming plans, and leadership briefings. The role also contributes directly to proposal development by drafting management and past-performance volumes, participating in color-team reviews, validating compliance and strategic alignment, and coordinating cross-functional inputs across technical, pricing, contracts, and delivery teams.

Manage and integrate products across programs, plan/schedule/monitor projects, coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, support cloud migration/modernization, apply PM standards, track finances and EVM, and ensure timely releases through deployment.

Oversee planning, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects to ensure alignment with business and security objectives.
