Maintain vendor master data, strengthen financial controls, support audit readiness, and centralize and improve scalable AP workflows. Coordinate payment priorities with internal stakeholders while identifying process, workload, and staffing improvements.

Leads daily operations for a service and construction location, overseeing staffing, scheduling, workflow, customer experience, financial performance, safety, and operational execution. Manages field and office teams, monitors KPIs and costs, supports inventory and purchasing, resolves customer issues, ensures OSHA compliance, and drives process improvement, profitability, and service quality across departments.

The Assistant Controller supports accounting operations across a multi-company organization, leading acquisition integrations, process standardization, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, and compliance. The role partners with cross-functional leaders, implements accounting systems and workflows, develops policies, and mentors accounting staff. It requires hands-on corporate accounting experience, CPA certification, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
