Responsibilities include invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, aging analysis, customer outreach, dispute resolution, credit support, record maintenance, and month-end reporting. The role also centralizes decentralized AR processes, establishes consistent procedures, improves reporting visibility, strengthens controls, and drives process improvements to support cash flow and scalable operations.

Oversee daily accounts payable operations across multiple entities, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, vendor reconciliations, aging reviews, discrepancy resolution, and vendor relationships. Maintain vendor master data, strengthen financial controls, support audit readiness, and centralize and improve scalable AP workflows. Coordinate payment priorities with internal stakeholders while identifying process, workload, and staffing improvements.

Leads daily operations for a service and construction location, overseeing staffing, scheduling, workflow, customer experience, financial performance, safety, and operational execution. Manages field and office teams, monitors KPIs and costs, supports inventory and purchasing, resolves customer issues, ensures OSHA compliance, and drives process improvement, profitability, and service quality across departments.
