Assist special needs children ages 3-8 by planning activities, implementing IEPs, and providing one-on-one instruction in a classroom setting.

Oversee residential programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, supervise house managers and direct support staff, coordinate care plans, ensure safe supportive living environments, meet with program staff regularly, respond to inquiries, and implement program activities to promote independence and community engagement.

Provide classroom support for children ages 3-8 with special needs: plan and implement activities, assist with IEPs, deliver 1:1 instruction, support integration and behavior management, and maintain a safe classroom environment.

Provide part-time evening support for recreational programs (bowling, horseback riding, swimming, camps) for children and young adults with disabilities. Implement program components, ensure participant health and safety, and create an enjoyable experience under program guidelines.

Provide nursing care for children ages 3–8 with special needs in a school setting: develop and implement individualized health and emergency plans, perform routine and emergency care and health screenings, support IEP-related medical aspects, track immunizations and medical records, and train/consult with staff and parents.

Manage development, planning, marketing and delivery of military children and residential camp programs. Supervise staff and volunteers, ensure participant inclusion, oversee budgets, billing, marketing, grants, and program materials. Recruit and train staff, evaluate program outcomes, and maintain required records and compliance.
