Supports institutional fundraising by researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals and reports, coordinating funder stewardship, maintaining grant records and schedules, and assisting with portfolio administration. Collaborates across teams to gather information and communicate organizational impact. Requires frequent local, regional, and statewide travel, occasional national travel, and availability for some early morning and evening events.

Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for new and current staff. Assesses organizational training needs, creates curricula and materials, facilitates individual and group sessions, researches best practices, and adapts programs to changing requirements. The role also supports performance improvement through collaboration with managers, supervisors, and direct-care staff.
