Manages and oversees an employment program serving people with disabilities. Coordinates implementation and evaluation, ensures compliance with funding and accreditation requirements, and mentors Employment Consultants and Recruiters. The role requires collaboration, program administration, and flexible scheduling that may include nights and weekends.

Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for new and current staff. Assesses organizational training needs, creates curricula and materials, facilitates individual and group sessions, researches best practices, and adapts programs to changing requirements. The role also supports performance improvement through collaboration with managers, supervisors, and direct-care staff.

Provides administrative and office support, including maintaining spreadsheets and electronic records, filing documents, managing supplies, scheduling, communications, billing documentation, visitor reception, and phone coverage. Supports compliance, safety, office upkeep, and building maintenance coordination while maintaining confidential information under HIPAA requirements.

The Behavior Analyst oversees and implements Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, overseeing team-delivered therapy, and ensuring services meet organizational, funder, and accreditation standards.

Provides daily living assistance, education, advocacy, transportation, personal care, medication support, behavioral interventions, and community inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Implements Individual Support Plans, documents services, maintains safe home environments, communicates health or behavioral changes, and attends required meetings and training.

Write and submit grant proposals and reports, research funding opportunities, maintain grant records and calendars, coordinate with internal teams, prepare funder stewardship materials, and support administration of the grants portfolio while engaging in donor communications.

Manage staff and program services supporting individuals with disabilities living independently. Ensure program quality, compliance with funder/accreditation standards, employee performance, client and family satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility. Oversee implementation and training.
