Oversees and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with disabilities. Conducts assessments, creates and implements treatment plans, supervises ABA team members, and ensures services meet organizational, funder, and accreditation standards.

Provides daily in-home and community support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication administration, medical appointment assistance, documentation, advocacy, and positive behavioral interventions. Implements Individual Support Plans, communicates health or behavioral changes, maintains safe environments, and meets organizational, funder, and accreditation standards. Full-time day or overnight 12-hour shifts are available.
