Supervise crisis services staff and program operations for individuals with complex behavioral needs. Oversee implementation of ISPs/BSPs, scheduling, onboarding, training, medication oversight, documentation, and coordination with clinical teams. Provide direct support and on-call coverage as needed to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centered services.

Provide and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism. Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise ABA team members, and ensure services meet organizational, funder, and accreditation standards.

Manage employees and program services supporting individuals with disabilities living independently. Oversee program implementation, quality standards, staff performance, satisfaction of individuals/families/funders, and fiscal responsibility while ensuring compliance with organizational and accreditation requirements.
