Manage staff and program services supporting adults with disabilities living independently. Oversee program quality, employee performance, fiscal responsibility, funder and family satisfaction, and ensure compliance with organizational and accreditation standards.

Manage and coordinate pre-employment and transition services for clients with developmental disabilities. Hire, train, and supervise staff; develop client ISPs and behavioral support plans; cultivate community employer and volunteer partnerships; ensure compliance with funding, accreditation, and documentation requirements; provide staff coaching and program evaluation.

Oversees and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with disabilities. Conducts assessments, creates and implements treatment plans, supervises ABA team members, and ensures services meet organizational, funder, and accreditation standards.
