Provide and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism. Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise therapy team members, and ensure services meet organizational, funder, and accreditation standards.

Manage Crisis Services program staff and operations for individuals with complex behavioral needs. Oversee intake, training, documentation, budget monitoring, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and provide on-call and direct support as needed while ensuring compliance with funder, accreditation, and HIPAA requirements.

Manage and coordinate pre-employment and transition services for clients with developmental disabilities. Hire, train, and supervise staff; develop client ISPs and behavioral support plans; cultivate community employer and volunteer partnerships; ensure compliance with funding, accreditation, and documentation requirements; provide staff coaching and program evaluation.
