Supervises behavioral health programs and staff while ensuring clinical, contractual, and regulatory compliance. Provides assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, and family or recovery team facilitation for children, adults, and families. Coordinates services with community providers and hospitals, maintains documentation, and supports clients with complex mental health needs.

Provides recovery-oriented peer support to individuals with mental illness or addiction disorders. Responsibilities include connecting members with community resources, coordinating appointments and wellness goals, teaching daily living skills, advocating for services, supporting members during behavioral health events, communicating with clinical teams, and providing in-home and community assistance. The role requires daily travel, member transportation when appropriate, safety assessments, mentoring, and documentation or communication with agency and external contacts.

The role requires regular driving, physical assistance, emergency response capabilities, and compliance with Arizona certifications and fingerprint clearance requirements.

Oversee program implementation, administration, and clinical operations for regional behavioral health outpatient clinics. Supervise staff and clinical programming, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, manage budgets and productivity, analyze clinical data to develop services, support grant/partnership opportunities, provide clinical assessments as needed, and deliver supervision for licensure candidates.
