Oversee clinical and administrative operations of regional outpatient behavioral health clinics: supervise staff, develop and evaluate programs, ensure regulatory compliance and productivity, manage budgets and revenue, provide clinical assessment and supervision, build stakeholder partnerships, and support program growth and quality improvement.

Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, assessment, and counseling to members and families; coordinate care with clinical teams, hospitals, and community agencies; complete intake, crisis plans, documentation, and enrollments; conduct CFTs/ARTs and provide individual, family, or group counseling as needed.

Facilitate evidence-based parenting and childrens groups, provide direct care and crisis intervention, coordinate behavioral health services and referrals, complete documentation in Sigmund, engage caregivers, and support case management and community resource access.
