Supervises behavioral health programs and staff while ensuring clinical, contractual, and regulatory compliance. Provides assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, and family or recovery team facilitation for children, adults, and families. Oversees staff scheduling, recruitment, training, evaluations, and professional development. Coordinates services with community providers and hospitals, maintains documentation, and supports clients with complex mental health needs.

Provides rapid behavioral health response, psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, crisis intervention, service planning, referrals, care coordination, documentation, and intake services for children, adults, and families in office, home, and community settings. Responds to urgent referrals within required timelines, participates in child welfare meetings, maintains records and quality standards, and works nontraditional hours including weekends and after-hours.

Provides recovery-oriented peer support to individuals with mental illness or addiction disorders. Responsibilities include connecting members with community resources, coordinating appointments and wellness goals, teaching daily living skills, advocating for services, supporting members during behavioral health events, communicating with clinical teams, and providing in-home and community assistance. The role requires daily travel, member transportation when appropriate, safety assessments, mentoring, and documentation or communication with agency and external contacts.
