Lead and integrate career development across undergraduate and graduate programs; provide individual and group coaching, embed career readiness into curriculum, supervise student employees, design assessment and dashboards, manage employer and alumni engagement, develop resources and programming, and report outcomes to university leadership. Includes teaching up to one course (3SH) annually.

Lead campus facilities, operations, safety, and food-service vendor partnerships. Oversee budgets, capital projects, preventive maintenance, policy and compliance (Clery, OSHA), emergency preparedness, and cross-campus collaboration. Manage one direct report, supervise contractors, implement performance metrics, and ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable campus services aligned with institutional goals.

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage and backup systems; implement security policies and identity management; automate operations with scripting; lead infrastructure projects, disaster recovery planning, system audits, and provide escalation support to ensure reliable campus IT services.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean of Faculty and Student Success: manage complex calendars and travel, handle confidential faculty records, coordinate events and committee proceedings, draft executive correspondence and reports, supervise student staff, train administrative assistants, and support budgetary and project-management tasks to advance institutional priorities.
