Teams at Eastern Mennonite University

Directs writing and first-year programming while teaching undergraduate writing, writing tutor practicums, and a first-year seminar. Leads program evaluation, student outcome assessment, faculty development, curriculum design, and support for general education programming. Hires and supervises contingent faculty, graduate writing coaches, and peer tutors, with additional university service responsibilities.

Lead and integrate career development across undergraduate and graduate programs; provide individual and group coaching, embed career readiness into curriculum, supervise student employees, design assessment and dashboards, manage employer and alumni engagement, develop resources and programming, and report outcomes to university leadership. Includes teaching up to one course (3SH) annually.
