Assists the women’s softball head coach while completing a graduate degree. Responsibilities include following schedules, maintaining professional relationships with athletes, communicating with coaching staff, supporting program decisions, attending meetings, analyzing opponent video, and representing the university. The role requires knowledge of softball fundamentals, NCAA Division III regulations, strong communication and leadership skills, Google Drive proficiency, occasional travel, and supervision of work-study students when applicable.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean of Faculty and Student Success: manage complex calendars and travel, handle confidential faculty records, coordinate events and committee proceedings, draft executive correspondence and reports, supervise student staff, train administrative assistants, and support budgetary and project-management tasks to advance institutional priorities.

Lead and integrate career development across undergraduate and graduate programs; provide individual and group coaching, embed career readiness into curriculum, supervise student employees, design assessment and dashboards, manage employer and alumni engagement, develop resources and programming, and report outcomes to university leadership. Includes teaching up to one course (3SH) annually.
