Provide perioperative nursing as an RN OR Circulator: coordinate intraoperative patient care, maintain sterile technique and safety, document intraoperative events, manage communication among surgical team, and advocate for patients. Candidates will onboard at Wallisville to learn standards before joining the new Baytown surgical team focused on high-quality, disciplined perioperative practice.

Provide operational leadership and oversight of nursing across hospital departments, coordinate staffing, support patient safety and regulatory readiness, mentor charge nurses, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor quality indicators and drive improvement, and support staff development and retention.

Manage hospital purchasing, receiving, inventory control, distribution, vendor relations, par levels, and cost-awareness to ensure clinical supply readiness, reduce backorders, and support emergency and surgical preparedness.
