Oversee plant personnel and operations of a biomass/solid-fuel boiler power plant. Ensure safety, environmental and production goals, operate and maintain boilers, turbines, DCS/PLC/HMI systems, coordinate maintenance, train staff, manage logs and alarms, and perform hands-on troubleshooting.

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on power plant rotating and auxiliary equipment (boilers, turbines, pumps, condensers). Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical systems; replace bearings/seals; perform rigging, machining, welding, and preventative maintenance; follow safety, environmental, and LOTO procedures; collaborate with apprentices and other trades; respond to rotating shifts and emergency callouts.
