Oversee operation and maintenance of a biomass/solid-fuel boiler and turbine generator, manage plant personnel, meet safety/environmental/production targets, operate DCS/PLC/HMI and CMMS, coordinate maintenance, train staff, and enforce safety/LOTO procedures while supporting shift work and plant monitoring.

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on power plant rotating and auxiliary equipment (boilers, turbines, pumps, condensers). Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical systems; replace bearings/seals; perform rigging, machining, welding, and preventative maintenance; follow safety, environmental, and LOTO procedures; collaborate with apprentices and other trades; respond to rotating shifts and emergency callouts.
