Develop and manage customer accounts, pursue new business, support purchasing decisions, monitor pricing, collect receivables, and coordinate special orders and deliveries. The role requires HVAC industry and sales knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, customer visits throughout the service area, and the ability to operate a company vehicle. Responsibilities also include generating sales orders, increasing sales and profits, and supporting branch operations.

Manage and grow assigned HVAC customer accounts, pursue new business, place and follow up on sales orders, collect receivables, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with branch/regional managers. Travel within territory and provide product information and customer service.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks: verify and code invoices, match to POs, schedule and reconcile payments (checks/ACH), manage vendor records and inquiries, maintain AP files, assist month-/year-end close and audits, and generate AP reports.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, generate sales orders, and seek new customers. Travel throughout the territory to follow up on orders, resolve issues, collect receivables, and coordinate special deliveries. Maintain product knowledge, enter and analyze pricing, and communicate with branch and regional managers. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Lead multi-branch operational performance and profitability across a market. Develop Branch Managers, ensure safety and compliance, optimize inventory and transportation, drive customer satisfaction, and implement operational initiatives to support growth.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts in the HVAC industry, seek new accounts, generate sales orders, follow up on orders, collect receivables, coordinate deliveries, and communicate product information and pricing. Travel within territory and perform related tasks assigned by management.

Manage Mitsubishi VRF and ductless product business in assigned territory: drive sales growth, design/specify systems, provide application support, train outside sales and branch staff, cultivate customers, and collaborate with management and vendor partners.

Manage and grow assigned HVAC customer accounts by generating sales orders, soliciting new accounts, providing product information, coordinating deliveries, collecting receivables, and communicating with branch and regional managers. Travel throughout the service area to service customers and perform related administrative duties.
