Generates sales orders, develops and maintains customer accounts, pursues new business, provides product guidance, monitors pricing, collects receivables, and coordinates deliveries and special orders. The role requires frequent communication with customers and branch management, travel to customer locations, operation of company vehicles, and knowledge of HVAC products and services. It also involves sales analysis, customer service, and administrative support for the branch.

Manages assigned customer accounts to drive sales growth, expand digital ordering adoption, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, nurturing customer relationships, promoting HVAC products and digital commerce tools, resolving ordering issues, analyzing market and sales data, forecasting activity, maintaining CRM records, and identifying revenue and margin opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Owns execution of the B2B e-commerce product roadmap, including backlog management, Agile delivery, sprint ceremonies, QA acceptance, product documentation, and release coordination. Drives digital adoption through Salesforce and BI reporting, customer engagement initiatives, and sales enablement. Partners with marketing, sales, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders to improve digital commerce performance, launch features, and increase online revenue.
