Develop and manage customer accounts, pursue new business, support purchasing decisions, monitor pricing, collect receivables, and coordinate special orders and deliveries. The role requires HVAC industry and sales knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, customer visits throughout the service area, and the ability to operate a company vehicle. Responsibilities also include generating sales orders, increasing sales and profits, and supporting branch operations.

Manage and grow assigned HVAC customer accounts, pursue new business, place and follow up on sales orders, collect receivables, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with branch/regional managers. Travel within territory and provide product information and customer service.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks: verify and code invoices, match to POs, schedule and reconcile payments (checks/ACH), manage vendor records and inquiries, maintain AP files, assist month-/year-end close and audits, and generate AP reports.
