Supports young children with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a trauma-informed Head Start classroom. Implements individualized therapeutic plans, coaches emotional regulation and conflict resolution, documents progress, collaborates with clinicians and teaching teams, partners with families, and participates in professional development. The role requires active engagement with children, including lifting up to 40 pounds and moving throughout classrooms and playgrounds.

Provide direct social-emotional support to young children by implementing individualized behavioral plans (Conscious Discipline, Incredible Years), coaching during classroom activities, tracking progress, collaborating with clinicians and families, and supporting teachers to create trauma-informed, nurturing environments. Participate in professional development and community partnerships to improve program quality and integrated services.

The Chief Information Officer leads enterprise-wide IT strategy and operations across multiple locations and service lines. Responsibilities include cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, enterprise systems, IT service management, budgets, vendors, technology projects, governance, and operational improvement. The CIO also develops IT talent, supports executive and clinical stakeholders, and ensures secure, reliable, scalable technology that advances healthcare and human services.

Coordinates before- and after-school, vacation, and summer childcare programs; supervises staff and volunteers; supports student enrichment, behavior, and social-emotional development; manages logistics, records, compliance, and quality improvement; engages families; and builds partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Coordinates daily operations for Head Start and Early Head Start sites, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance with federal and state standards, overseeing safety drills and facility access, tracking attendance and professional development, producing continuous quality improvement reports, and supporting enrollment, communications, referrals, and consistent procedures across locations.

Provides hands-on support in an Early Head Start classroom by preparing meals, following nutrition and allergy requirements, sanitizing classrooms and equipment, managing laundry and supplies, covering teacher breaks, supporting transitions, and assisting with safety and emergency preparedness. The role serves infants and toddlers in person and requires adherence to Head Start, USDA CACFP, sanitation, and childcare procedures.

The Referral Coordinator manages patient referrals, verifies insurance, schedules appointments, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing patient support.
