Serves as the HR business partner for Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health programs. Advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, compliance, credentialing coordination, organizational design, career pathways, compensation analysis, investigations, and leadership development. Supports immigration processes, including H-1B activities, and helps advance clinical workforce strategy within regulated healthcare programs.

Provides case management and care coordination for RI Works and Project Opportunity participants. Conducts assessments, develops service plans, connects families with community resources, supports employment and self-sufficiency goals, advocates for clients, monitors progress, maintains documentation, and ensures program compliance. The role includes office, home, and community outreach, collaboration with partner organizations, and regular travel throughout the community.

Conduct residential energy audits across Rhode Island, evaluating insulation, HVAC systems, air leakage, safety, and overall building performance. Prepare audit reports, work orders, client records, and compliant documentation while managing assigned cases and schedules. Educate residents on energy efficiency, coordinate corrective actions, maintain field equipment and vehicles, and support weatherization program compliance, quality assurance, and community resource referrals.

Coordinates before-school, after-school, vacation, and summer programming for school-age youth. Oversees daily operations, staff, volunteers, attendance, supplies, safety, and quality standards. Builds relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners; supports social-emotional development, family engagement, and student success. Maintains records, supports reporting and evaluations, and contributes to continuous improvement.

Supports young children with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a trauma-informed Head Start classroom. Implements individualized therapeutic plans, coaches emotional regulation and conflict resolution, documents progress, collaborates with clinicians and teaching teams, partners with families, and participates in professional development. The role requires active engagement with children, including lifting up to 40 pounds and moving throughout classrooms and playgrounds.

Provide direct social-emotional support to young children by implementing individualized behavioral plans (Conscious Discipline, Incredible Years), coaching during classroom activities, tracking progress, collaborating with clinicians and families, and supporting teachers to create trauma-informed, nurturing environments. Participate in professional development and community partnerships to improve program quality and integrated services.

The Referral Coordinator manages patient referrals, verifies insurance, schedules appointments, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing patient support.
