Own and operate the GTM stack (HubSpot as SOR), manage lead-to-revenue processes, ensure data and attribution integrity, run GTM reporting and forecasting inputs, maintain the Experience Index data asset, optimize routing and pipeline hygiene, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Growth Marketing and CS, and lead deal-desk and CRM governance to improve conversion and pipeline velocity.

Own Easol's GTM operating system: manage HubSpot as the CRM SOR, ensure lead-to-revenue processes, pipeline hygiene, attribution/reporting, forecasting inputs, ICP data/enrichment, and cross-functional GTM improvements with Sales and Growth.

Own a multi-million dollar quota selling Easol's platform to entertainment venue operators. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder $200k+ ACV deals end-to-end, manage pipeline and forecasting with MEDDICC-style rigour, partner with Marketing, Customer Success and Finance for strong handovers and healthy unit economics, and represent Easol in the Entertainment market to drive growth and product insight.

Lead development of core services and infrastructure using Ruby on Rails; mentor engineers; drive technical strategy and product decisions; address performance, scalability, and architecture; ensure high-quality delivery.

Lead internal applied AI initiatives: identify high-impact workflow opportunities, design and ship AI-enabled automations and agentic multi-step workflows, integrate with internal systems using APIs and code, create reusable playbooks, and drive adoption through training and change management to measurably boost productivity.

Serve as a technical lead in pre-sales and post-sale enterprise deployments: run technical discovery, design integration architectures, coordinate agency and internal engineering work, embed on-site at creator locations globally, extend APIs as needed, and hand over to customer success with clear documentation.

Lead Entertainment (LBE) sales to deliver multi-million dollar new business, run complex $200k+ ACV multi-stakeholder deals, manage two sales reps, build pipeline and playbooks, partner cross-functionally (Marketing, CS, Product, Finance), and represent Easol externally to grow market presence.
