The role also includes moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the showroom and lot, reporting activities to management, and completing company sales-process training.

Leads the dealership’s Finance and Insurance department, coaching F&I managers, overseeing financing, leasing, protection products, contracts, lender relationships, compliance, deal funding, chargebacks, and customer experience. Partners with sales leadership to improve vehicle-delivery handoffs, monitors department performance, and implements operational improvements while ensuring accurate paperwork and adherence to applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership policies.
