Senior marketing leader responsible for strategy and execution of communications, advertising, and publications to drive lead generation, donor lifecycle (conversion, retention, reactivation), digital monetization, funnel optimization, brand and content, team leadership, and cross-functional strategic reporting aligned to ministry goals.

Maintains broadcast traffic and content management systems, including daily playlists, program guides, traffic reconciliation, reporting, scheduling series, interstitials, media uploads, and electronic program guides. Coordinates with master control, programmers, producers, marketing, accounting, and distribution teams. Supports special events, schedule changes, quality control, programmer onboarding, digital content distribution, and website, OTT, mobile, and Roku programming updates.

The Assistant Controller leads month-end close activities, technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, cash-flow forecasting, and financial analysis. This role supervises and mentors accounting staff, supports budgeting, strengthens coverage across royalties, sales tax, and inventory accounting, and improves processes through controlled automation and AI adoption. The position also partners with finance leadership, IT, and external auditors while supporting accounting policies, systems enhancements, and team development.

Supports the COO by coordinating executive projects, timelines, documentation, meetings, communications, and administrative operations. Leads cross-functional startup activities for establishing a new university, including accreditation, licensure, staffing, facilities, curriculum, enrollment, vendors, and regulatory documentation. Maintains project trackers and repositories, prepares presentations and meeting materials, coordinates hiring and external engagements, handles confidential information, and follows up on action items and deadlines.

Designs, develops, and maintains full-stack web applications using PHP frameworks (WordPress, Symfony, Laravel). Implements responsive frontends, builds secure server-side logic and APIs, integrates third-party services, applies AI-assisted development, ensures accessibility and scalability, manages version control and CI/CD workflows, writes documentation, mentors teammates, and collaborates with managers, designers, and stakeholders.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and automation across ministry systems. Build data pipelines, LLMs, RAG, and integrations with cloud AI services. Ensure model performance, security, data governance, and ethical AI practices while training teams and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Lead month-end close tasks, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, conduct technical U.S. GAAP research, support audits, mentor staff, improve processes, and provide cross-functional accounting coverage including royalties, sales tax, and inventory.

Create sermon series, social, web, print, and event graphics that align with EMIC brand. Produce and proof digital and print files, maintain templates and archives, and collaborate with ministry leaders to deliver timely creative assets. Support motion and broadcast needs and ensure print/prepress quality.

Produce and publish high-quality video, photo, and graphic content across social platforms; develop campaign concepts; capture event and behind-the-scenes content; write engaging copy; edit and animate creative assets; track analytics; mentor student volunteers; archive content; support Student Ministries broadcasts and service productions.

Lead analytics and AI initiatives by extracting, modeling, and visualizing data, developing dashboards, defining AI use cases, translating stakeholder requirements into technical specs, and recommending AI-driven process improvements while ensuring data governance and change management.
