Assists casino guests with rewards promotions, events, and entertainment; enrolls guests in the casino management system; tracks carded table-game players; greets visitors and tour groups; distributes information; makes announcements; records guest and major-win information; and supports departmental activities. The role requires guest-service, communication, gaming knowledge, computer literacy, physical mobility on the casino floor, and eligibility for a tribal gaming license.

Provides physical security and patrol services at a casino, including crime prevention, escorts, cash protection, regulatory enforcement, incident reporting, and coordination with law enforcement. Responds to medical emergencies by assessing patients, administering Basic Life Support, recording vital signs, communicating with emergency personnel, and maintaining medical supplies. Must maintain EMT, CPR/AED, security, and gaming-related credentials while working in physically demanding and stressful environments.

Support all advertising activities across print and digital channels, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, create copy and traffic plans, manage website updates, handle billing and media relations, and assist with promotions, events, and training.

Supervises table game operations, ensuring game integrity, regulatory compliance, accurate transactions, and guest satisfaction. Deals cards when assigned, monitors dealers and guests, resolves disputes, oversees fills and credits, tracks guest activity, and supports team member training and evaluation. Requires strong leadership and guest service skills, gaming regulation compliance, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a noisy, smoke-filled casino environment.

Supervises assigned casino table games and floor operations, ensuring gaming integrity, regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and guest satisfaction. Observes dealers and guests, resolves disputes, processes fills and credits, tracks guests, and supports team-member training and evaluation. Requires knowledge of card counting and money management systems, successful completion of department testing and training, and the ability to obtain and retain a tribal gaming license.
