Manage daily Legacy Rewards Club operations, supervise and schedule staff, resolve guest and team issues, coordinate and execute casino promotions/events, handle vendor contracts and inventory, prepare reports and advertising proofing, train staff and liaise with IT for database maintenance, and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
