Configure SharePoint lists, permissions, metadata, document management, Power Apps interfaces, and Power Automate approvals. Translate stakeholder requirements into accessible, secure applications; conduct testing, demonstrations, and deployment support. Manage technical deliverables, documentation, status reporting, process mapping, and continuous improvement while coordinating with government leadership and IT stakeholders.

Supports Air Force Medical Science and Technology programs by coordinating Joint Service stakeholders, aligning research requirements, developing strategic plans, identifying collaboration opportunities, and communicating capability needs to technical teams. The role requires healthcare or research management experience, cross-disciplinary collaboration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Provides enterprise systems administration and technical support, including troubleshooting, user account management, hardware and software installation, patching, vulnerability mitigation, network connectivity, secure and non-secure VTC support, VoIP maintenance, and work-order triage. Supports NIPR and SIPR environments, maintains security compliance, configures end-user devices, manages software deployments, and reports service metrics. Requires three years of enterprise IT experience, active government clearance, and Security+ certification with a relevant computing environment certification.

Develops, maintains, tests, secures, and documents software and automation solutions for a government client.
