Maintains the forms index, repositories, documentation, ServiceNow tickets, and physical backups. Provides secondary support for CAC resets, biometric equipment, badge printing, database entry, customer inquiries, order pickups, and FOIA records assistance.

Provides hands-on IT support for FEMA users and classroom environments, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and video conferencing systems. Installs and maintains devices, deploys software and security updates, manages work orders, supports VoIP and network connectivity, responds to security events, trains users, and follows federal IT and security policies. The role includes occasional weekend work, emergency overnight stays, physical equipment handling, and movement between buildings.

Develop and deploy SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions for DLA senior leader engagement workflows. Configure SharePoint lists, permissions, metadata, document management, Power Apps interfaces, and Power Automate approvals. Translate stakeholder requirements into accessible, secure applications; conduct testing, demonstrations, and deployment support. Manage technical deliverables, documentation, status reporting, process mapping, and continuous improvement while coordinating with government leadership and IT stakeholders.
