Manage assigned territory sales for fire protection and life safety services: prospect and close service and monitoring contracts, prepare proposals, support field staff, maintain sales documentation and account reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting regional sales targets.

Oversee commercial fire protection and life-safety system installations from award to closeout. Plan schedules, manage labor and materials, supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensure NFPA/OSHA/code compliance, control budgets, coordinate stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and support testing, inspections, and customer turnover.

Generate residential and small-business security and service agreement sales by prospecting, consulting on-site or virtually, recommending alarm, access control, and surveillance solutions, preparing quotes/proposals, maintaining Salesforce CRM, coordinating with installation and service teams, and meeting territory sales targets.

Support the Safety Manager to maintain an injury- and incident-free workplace by performing facility, vehicle, and job-site safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, IMSHA, and EM-385 standards.
