Oversee commercial fire protection and life-safety system installations from award to closeout. Manage existing and prospective customer relationships for fire protection services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, prospecting for new business, expanding service opportunities, preparing proposals for major and multi-location accounts, negotiating retrofit and new construction projects, and maintaining sufficient sales growth. The role requires fire protection knowledge, construction document interpretation, customer service, organization, project prioritization, and travel.
