The FP&A Manager partners with Operations and Sales leadership on financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial models, analyzing contract performance and profitability, preparing operating and Board presentations, supporting M&A modeling and integrations, improving reporting workflows using Planful, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools, and mentoring FP&A analysts.

Manage existing and prospective customer relationships for fire protection services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, prospecting for new business, expanding service opportunities, preparing proposals for major and multi-location accounts, negotiating retrofit and new construction projects, and maintaining sufficient sales growth. The role requires fire protection knowledge, construction document interpretation, customer service, organization, project prioritization, and travel.

Generate residential and small-business security and service agreement sales by prospecting, consulting on-site or virtually, recommending alarm, access control, and surveillance solutions, preparing quotes/proposals, maintaining Salesforce CRM, coordinating with installation and service teams, and meeting territory sales targets.
