Manage existing and prospective customer relationships for fire protection services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, prospecting for new business, expanding service opportunities, preparing proposals for major and multi-location accounts, negotiating retrofit and new construction projects, and maintaining sufficient sales growth. The role requires fire protection knowledge, construction document interpretation, customer service, organization, project prioritization, and travel.

Process weekly multi-state payroll, validate pay rates and timecards, review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with managers and HR. Handle PTO, incentives, stipends, certified payroll, and per diems while ensuring compliance with payroll laws and company policies. Maintain accurate payroll data across Paycom and Profit Zoom, meet weekly deadlines, protect confidentiality, and provide payroll support to field employees and managers.
