Conducts all-source intelligence analysis supporting military intelligence and cyberspace operations. Collaborates with subject matter experts, reviews policy and doctrine, incorporates feedback, maintains training materials in Blackboard and TDC, and identifies innovative solutions to customer learning needs. Requires knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, national security concepts, and transportation and logistics systems.

Researches, produces, and briefs strategic all-source intelligence assessments on foreign microelectronics, weapon systems, defense industries, and threat developments. Provides high-consequence intelligence support for warfighters, policymakers, and senior leadership, applying intelligence community tradecraft and publication standards. Serves as a subject matter authority on regional dynamics and technical microelectronics analysis while mentoring analysts and supporting dynamic regional requirements.

Conduct strategic all-source intelligence analysis of adversarial systems, military capabilities, infrastructure, and emerging trends. Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings for tactical through strategic audiences, apply analytic tradecraft, use MIDB or MARS, mentor analysts, and support warfighters and national decision-makers.

Manages SharePoint-based knowledge management capabilities supporting intelligence analysis and information sharing. Maintains SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, workflows, databases, access controls, and portals; troubleshoots user issues; disseminates intelligence products across networks; and compiles usage and performance metrics. Develops web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and VB.NET. Supports knowledge management strategy and dissemination tools for Army intelligence operations.

Researches, produces, and briefs strategic all-source intelligence assessments on foreign microelectronics, weapon systems, defense industries, and regional threats. Develops actionable products for warfighters, policymakers, and senior defense stakeholders; applies intelligence tradecraft and IC publication standards; and provides technical expertise, analyst mentorship, and high-pressure briefing support.

Provides intelligence and administrative support to NORAD J2 Foreign Liaison officers, including Spanish-to-English translation, document review, intelligence report research and writing, correspondence, staff responses, and support for key leader engagements and intelligence security cooperation efforts.
