Lead implementation and management of the CLSD grant, serving as primary liaison to OSSE. Oversee grant compliance, reporting, timelines, external consultants, family and stakeholder engagement, and data-driven continuous improvement to strengthen adolescent literacy across the school.

Lead organizational fiscal strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, audits, grants management, and financial reporting. Oversee internal controls, cash and asset management, vendor/payables processes, and a Budget and Finance Coordinator. Partner with CEO, senior leaders, school principals, and the Board to ensure compliance, sustainability, and informed financial decision-making.

Provide psycho-educational evaluations (cognitive and academic testing), write comprehensive reports, develop IEPs/BIPs, conduct FBAs, deliver counseling and interventions, consult with teachers/parents, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and provide staff/parent training to support academic, emotional, and behavioral success for middle school students.

EDP Group Leaders design and implement engaging academic activities for students during before and after school programs, ensuring a safe and productive environment.

The Assistant Group Leader supports students in an Extended Day Program, implementing engaging activities, fostering a positive classroom environment, and maintaining communication with families and staff.
