Provide high-trust operational and administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff. Manage complex calendars, travel, expense reporting, communications, board materials, and family/community engagement. Coordinate meetings, track action items, draft communications and presentations, and lead special projects and events to ensure executive priorities and stakeholder relationships move forward efficiently and with discretion.

Lead implementation and management of the CLSD grant, serving as primary liaison to OSSE. Oversee grant compliance, reporting, timelines, external consultants, family and stakeholder engagement, and data-driven continuous improvement to strengthen adolescent literacy across the school.

Provide psycho-educational evaluations (cognitive and academic testing), write comprehensive reports, develop IEPs/BIPs, conduct FBAs, deliver counseling and interventions, consult with teachers/parents, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and provide staff/parent training to support academic, emotional, and behavioral success for middle school students.

EDP Group Leaders design and implement engaging academic activities for students during before and after school programs, ensuring a safe and productive environment.

The Assistant Group Leader supports students in an Extended Day Program, implementing engaging activities, fostering a positive classroom environment, and maintaining communication with families and staff.

The Camp Haynes Group Leader will develop supportive learning environments, implement STEAM lesson plans, and collaborate with colleagues and families to enhance student engagement.

The Senior Director of Development and External Relations will lead fundraising, communications, and community engagement strategies to support the mission of E.L. Haynes, ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders and driving investment in organizational priorities.

As an Assistant Group Leader, you will support students' learning and social-emotional development by implementing engaging activities, collaborating with families, and ensuring a safe learning environment. You will prepare materials, establish routines, and maintain communication with colleagues and families while engaging in professional growth opportunities.
