Provides classroom and administrative support to early childhood students or students with disabilities. Responsibilities include leading small-group and individual instruction, reinforcing lessons, collecting learning and behavior data, implementing behavior supports, assisting with safety and personal needs, supporting substitute teachers, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom culture. The aide collaborates with teachers, specialists, families, and school teams while participating in professional development and school community activities.

Provides classroom and administrative support for elementary students, including individualized and small-group instruction, lesson reinforcement, progress and behavior tracking, and classroom culture support. Assists students with disabilities by implementing behavior plans, collecting data, supporting safety and physical needs, and following individualized education plan requirements. Collaborates with teachers, specialists, families, and school teams while participating in professional development and school activities.

Provide psycho-educational evaluations (cognitive and academic testing), write comprehensive reports, develop IEPs/BIPs, conduct FBAs, deliver counseling and interventions, consult with teachers/parents, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and provide staff/parent training to support academic, emotional, and behavioral success for middle school students.
