Assists the Project Manager with planning, execution, financial outcomes, client satisfaction, vendor and subcontractor coordination, estimating, documentation, drawings, change orders, meetings, and project closeout for electrical construction projects. The role supports field supervision, ensures compliance with project standards, and uses Procore and Microsoft Suite to manage project information.

Provide high-level support to the CFO including strategic calendar management, travel planning, email triage, project and task tracking, reporting and dashboard maintenance, expense and administrative finance support, and preparation of PowerPoint and Excel materials for executive and board meetings. Coordinate across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and direct reports to ensure timely completion of deliverables and lead ad hoc special projects.

Manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout, including schedules, budgets, estimates, procurement, subcontractor coordination, documentation, meetings, and client updates. Resolve issues and delays, monitor costs, ensure safety and quality compliance, and implement process improvements. The role requires collaboration with field supervision, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
