Manages electrical construction projects from inception through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, scope, documentation, change orders, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication. Leads project staff, coordinates with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field supervision, resolves project issues, monitors costs, and ensures timely delivery of large specialty clean-energy projects.

The Senior Human Resources Generalist manages employee relations, lifecycle processes, exit interviews, engagement initiatives, performance reviews, goal setting, benefits administration, HRIS activities, handbook updates, and employment compliance. The role advises employees and managers, tracks performance and attrition trends, supports benefits enrollment, and ensures alignment with federal, New York State, and New York City labor regulations. This is an onsite position in New York City reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
