Full-time, impact-driven internship focused on Czech and Slovak markets. Manage pre- and post-sales activities, sales funnel, localized digital marketing and social media campaigns, optimize AI-driven sales tools, and support Czech/Slovak customers in Hamburg. Relocation required; minimum three-month commitment.

Support the full sales funnel: engage customers pre- and post-sales, prepare offers, follow up leads, leverage AI and sales automation, and improve customer satisfaction to help close deals.

Support end-to-end international transport coordination for used agricultural machinery: negotiate terms, track logistics flows, resolve issues, maintain accurate operations data, and propose process improvements to scale operations.

Support E-FARM’s digital presence by creating social content (posts, visuals, short videos), managing day-to-day social channels, developing storytelling and campaign assets, planning and executing launches and employer branding, experimenting with formats to boost engagement, and using modern content and AI tools to accelerate production.

Support expansion in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania by engaging customers in a Baltic language, preparing offers, following leads, and supporting the sales funnel. Use AI and sales automation tools to speed processes, ensure buyer and seller satisfaction, and contribute to deal closing. Work on-site in Hamburg for at least six months with mentorship from senior sales staff.

Support full HR lifecycle at a scale-up: assist recruiting (screening, interviews, hiring targets), handle people operations (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, employee records in Personio), organize culture and employee events, and act as a go-to for everyday employee questions while learning HR processes.
