Manage onboarding, employee relations, retention initiatives, HR policies, and employee engagement programs. Conduct orientations, process hiring documentation, investigate workplace concerns, advise managers, analyze retention data, and support performance management, benefits, training, and HR projects. The ERP Developer will design, develop, and implement ERP solutions using Python and C#. Responsibilities include integrating systems, data management, and supporting Oracle ERP environments.
