The HSE Officer will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance in precast concrete operations. Responsibilities include investigating incidents, maintaining HSE documentation, conducting risk assessments and inspections, monitoring lifting and heavy-equipment activities, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, supporting audits, and promoting proactive safety practices. Candidates need 7–10 years of HSE experience in precast concrete, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification, and knowledge of precast production risks, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor records, supplier coordination, quotations, deliveries, and procurement compliance. Collaborate with Finance on invoice verification, payment schedules, reconciliation, and purchase order discrepancies. Prepare spend and budget reports, support supplier sourcing and contracting, provide administrative support, and contribute to procurement process improvements.
