Manage onboarding, employee relations, retention initiatives, HR policies, and employee engagement programs. Conduct orientations, process hiring documentation, investigate workplace concerns, advise managers, analyze retention data, and support performance management, benefits, training, and HR projects. Ensure compliance with employment laws in Egypt and the UAE while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Manage reception, office administration, employee and government documentation, onboarding records, visa and license renewals, PRO coordination, scheduling, supplies, trackers, and compliance reports. Maintain confidential files and serve as a liaison among employees, HR, departments, visitors, and UAE authorities while supporting timely administrative processes.

Assists with concrete and UHPC mix design, laboratory testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, equipment operation, calibration, SOP maintenance, and technical reporting. Supports senior engineers in material evaluation, product development, mix optimization, and R&D trials while maintaining accurate records and laboratory traceability.
