Develop, program, and optimize multi-axis CNC machining processes using Esprit CAM. Create CNC programs, tooling packages, process documentation, and support new product introductions. Troubleshoot machining and quality issues, lead continuous improvement, select cutting tools and fixtures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines; translate drawings and 3D models into machining instructions; select tooling, speeds and feeds; perform setups, test runs, and inspections; collaborate with machinists, engineers and quality to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Lead and execute Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across multi-site manufacturing to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory. Develop SOPs and visual management, analyze KPIs, lead cross-functional teams, support capacity expansions, implement process improvements using Lean tools, and travel 25-40% to support domestic and international facilities.

Operate sewing machines to sew PVC into synthetic materials to produce bellows and related components. Read job cards and engineering drawings, perform inspections, troubleshoot, maintain tools, follow safety and Lean procedures, and support production goals.

Monitor and respond to company email, enter quotes/orders and estimates into the ERP, generate quotations, provide return authorization numbers, schedule ship dates, and maintain accurate administrative records while supporting cross-department communication and meeting KPIs.
