Associate Legal Counsel will build and lead the legal function for a Singapore-headquartered gaming group. Responsibilities include regulatory licensing and compliance, corporate governance and structuring, commercial contract negotiation, IP and data protection, litigation and risk management, outside counsel oversight, and development of legal processes and training. The role requires autonomous support across multiple jurisdictions and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Designs and refines slot game concepts, mechanics, rules, and game design documents. Collaborates with audio, development, and senior design teams; conducts playtests, gathers feedback, and recommends improvements. Maintains clear documentation, coordinates sound elements with gameplay, and monitors industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.

Leads Philippines HR operations, including in-house payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data management, office administration, employee engagement, and local policy execution. Coordinates recruitment scheduling, reporting, vendors, and employee activities while escalating sensitive matters to regional HR leadership.

Build and lead the legal function across a multi-entity, international gaming group. Advise on regulatory licensing, corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, disputes, litigation, employment matters, and risk management. Establish legal processes, templates, and training programs; manage external counsel; and provide commercially focused legal guidance to executives and business stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Supports live HTML5 game operations by handling customer issues in Jira, monitoring game configurations, assisting with smoke and pre-production testing, verifying and reporting bugs, coordinating releases with development, assessing risks, designing fraud tools, documenting workflow improvements, and providing customer feedback. The role includes rotating eight-hour night shifts and occasional on-call escalation duties.
