Lead brand strategy and creative marketing campaigns for the gaming audience. Manage cross-functional and agency collaborations, influencer partnerships, content for social and video channels, event presence, community engagement, and use market insights and AI tools to grow and protect the brand.

Lead the regional HR function for ~180 staff across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam. Develop and execute HR strategy, advise the CEO, manage multi‑country compliance, payroll governance, HRIS and data protection (PDPA). Drive workforce planning, compensation cycles, L&D, engagement, and standardise HR policies and reporting. Lead and develop a lean regional HR team and champion HR transformation using AI and emerging HR technologies.

Lead and build the group's legal function across multi-jurisdictional entities. Manage regulatory licensing and compliance, corporate governance, commercial contracts, IP and data protection, disputes and litigation, and HR-adjacent employment matters. Establish legal processes, manage outside counsel, conduct training, support M&A and restructuring, and advise stakeholders on market entry and regulatory risk.
