Perform full-performance air traffic control duties at Quonset State Airport including Local, Ground, Flight Data, and Clearance positions; act as Controller-in-Charge; train controllers and trainees; perform and transmit surface weather observations and pilot reports; advise maintenance of equipment issues. Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Perform full-performance air traffic control duties as a sole tower operator, staffing Local, Ground, Flight Data, and Clearance Delivery. Serve as Controller-in-Charge, train controllers and trainees, perform and transmit surface weather observations and pilot reports, advise maintenance on equipment issues, and complete all basic weather watch functions.

Manage daily operations of the Quonset Point (OQU) Air Traffic Control Tower, ensuring safe, efficient flow of aircraft in Class D airspace; liaise with FAA, military and adjacent facilities; enforce FAA/AFI procedures; maintain ATC equipment, training programs, and administrative duties; meet medical, security, and weather-certification requirements.

Operate Local, Ground, Flight Data, and Clearance Delivery positions; serve as Controller-in-Charge; train controllers; perform and transmit surface weather observations and pilot reports; advise maintenance on equipment issues; fulfill all tower weather watch functions and required shifts.

Manage all contract matters for Army air traffic control at Fort Bliss, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, personnel currency, training, and safety. Serve as contractor's primary on-site contact, attend daily sync meetings, maintain standby/emergency call-in lists, and provide after-hours availability. Role requires close coordination with the government and designation of an alternate.

Coordinate and control aircraft and vehicle movements on the ramp at Amazon Air Hub (CVG). Monitor radios, assign parking and push-back approvals, sequence traffic, liaise with FAA and airport operations, log ramp tower activity, and coordinate emergency and snow removal operations. Work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
