Provide full-performance air traffic control services as a sole tower operator. Operate Local, Ground, Flight Data, and Clearance Delivery positions; serve as Controller-in-Charge; train controllers; perform and transmit surface weather observations and pilot reports; advise maintenance on equipment issues; fulfill all tower weather watch functions and required shifts.

Provide full-performance air traffic control services as a sole tower operator, including Local/Ground/Flight Data/Clearance Delivery positions and Controller-in-Charge duties. Train controllers and trainees, perform complete weather watch functions, construct and transmit surface weather observations and pilot reports, and report equipment issues.

Provide safe, efficient separation, sequencing, and monitoring of IFR/VFR/UAS operations at Biggs Army Airfield. Work in dedicated ATC Tower (Local, Ground, Flight Data) or Airspace Information Center (Flight Following). Maintain currency with Army and ICAO regulations, support 24/7 operations, participate in training and evaluations, safeguard mishap data, and adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols.
