Manage customer accounts for a third-party logistics firm: track shipments, price and quote loads, dispatch carriers, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships while using office tools and providing excellent customer service.

Drive growth for refrigerated/produce business by identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers in the US (domestic and cross-border). Own end-to-end recruiting and HR operations: source active and passive candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers on job requirements, manage ATS and Glassdoor, deliver onboarding and offboarding, manage HR systems and employee hardware, and standardize candidate and employee experiences.

Drive new business growth by prospecting, cold calling, and building long-term customer relationships. Secure new accounts, partner with Solutions Team for onboarding, and earn commissions on acquired customers.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner advising leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, recruitment, engagement, HR operations (HRIS/ADP), and change management to scale people programs across a growing logistics business.
