Manage customer accounts for a third-party logistics firm: track shipments, price and quote loads, dispatch carriers, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships while using office tools and providing excellent customer service.

Manage freight claims end-to-end for fresh produce, tradeshow, and retail freight. Investigate losses, analyze cold chain records and documentation, negotiate with carriers and insurers, resolve and close claims, and work with operations to reduce risk and recurring issues.

Lead AR or AP processes end-to-end, including invoicing, collections or vendor payments, reconciliations, escalations, and process improvements. Mentor junior teammates, communicate with clients/vendors by phone and email, and help integrate acquired companies' finance processes into the company's systems and standards.

Perform accounts receivable or accounts payable tasks within a collaborative finance team: reconcile transactions, communicate with clients/vendors by phone and email, identify and resolve discrepancies, support finance processes, and learn cross-functional accounting responsibilities while adapting to a fast-paced logistics environment.
