Own post-sales relationships for SAP customers across NSW, developing success plans, monitoring customer health, driving adoption and retention, and identifying renewal and growth opportunities. The role coordinates Sales, Support, Operations, consulting, and delivery teams while advising customers on SAP transformation and optimization. It requires strong stakeholder management, SAP knowledge, communication skills, organization, and customer-centric problem solving.

Lead SAP supply chain consulting engagements focused on warehouse, transportation, and logistics solutions. Mentor consultants, coordinate project workstreams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, design end-to-end SAP solutions, and guide clients through complex operational and system challenges. The role requires deep SAP EWM, WM, and TM expertise, strong knowledge of MM and SD integration, and the ability to connect procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, sales, manufacturing, and quality processes.
