Own Dwelly’s agency-owner community as a demand-generation and platform-adoption engine. Build long-term relationships through roundtables, dinners, meetups, LinkedIn content, and community programs. Partner with marketing and M&A teams to warm acquisition pipelines, provide market intelligence, maintain CRM segmentation, drive platform adoption, and report on engagement, pipeline influence, appointments, deals, and activations.

Generate new residential sales and lettings business in Ipswich by conducting valuations, winning instructions, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, following up prospects, and building landlord and vendor relationships. The role supports negotiations, transaction progression, referral generation, branch targets, and collaboration with sales and lettings teams.
