Lead a frontline lettings operations team across tenant finding, property management, and payments. Own daily delivery, KPIs, workflow allocation, coaching, performance management, quality, customer experience, and process improvement. Implement new technology and AI-enabled workflows, analyze operational data, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain team morale through rapid change. Regular travel between regional branches and quarterly London HQ visits are required.

Design end-to-end experiences across customer-facing portals and internal operational tools. Conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborate with product and engineering teams through delivery. Improve usability of workflow-heavy products, establish a shared design system and component library, and introduce lightweight design processes, documentation, and handoff practices.

Own Dwelly’s revenue operations function, including commercial reporting, forecasting, pricing, fee realization, CRM governance, data quality, incentive plans, performance management, and integration of acquired agencies. Build a single source of truth for portfolio, revenue, and margin; establish operating cadences; improve ancillary revenue; and create scalable commercial systems, targets, and processes for a rapidly expanding branch network.
