Oversee safety and regulatory compliance across multiple active construction projects throughout the Los Angeles Community College District. Conduct daily site inspections, lead safety meetings, review contractor safety plans and submittals, monitor OCIP requirements, investigate incidents, document corrective actions, and prepare daily and weekly reports. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and senior construction staff while ensuring compliance with OSHA and owner safety requirements.

Lead preparation and review of project schedules for large construction programs, perform time‑impact and critical path analyses, evaluate change orders and claims, conduct site progress reviews, prepare cost‑loaded schedules and cost analysis, and present findings to management to support corrective actions.

Manage and administer network and systems across the PMO and nine campuses: install, configure, monitor, and secure servers, network devices, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery. Provide Level 2/3 support, perform vulnerability assessments, scripting automation, documentation, reporting, and recommend improvements and new technologies.

Lead program-wide capital construction scheduling, including baseline and resource- and cost-loaded schedules, critical path analysis, schedule QA/QC, delay and time impact analysis, risk tracking, earned value support, progress validation, reporting, and recovery planning. Coordinate with contractors, designers, project controls, and program leadership. Establish scheduling standards, mentor and supervise construction schedulers, and support continuous improvement across multiple projects.
