Manage and administer multiple concurrent public-sector procurement processes for construction and professional services. Prepare procurement and contract documents, manage bidding/selection workflows, track status and reporting, ensure compliance with policies, laws, and templates, and provide quality control under audit scrutiny. Heavy administrative focus with collaboration across PMO, district, and college project teams.

District-wide construction safety oversight for multiple projects: ensure OSHA and OCIP compliance, perform daily site inspections, generate safety reports, review contractor submittals (JHA, MOP, fall protection, crane lifts, excavation, scaffold, confined space), manage incident reporting and lessons learned, conduct orientations, attend construction meetings, and support the Program Safety Manager across multiple Los Angeles sites.
