The role works with finance, site management, vehicle buying, and corporate teams while maintaining accurate vehicle and financial records.

Lead sales operations at a luxury automotive retail dealership by managing sales performance, following structured sales processes, achieving aggressive targets, developing customer relationships, expanding vehicle portfolios, handling concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires automotive sales leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, professional presentation, target-driven motivation, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides desktop and helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, printing, VoIP, user accounts, workstations, and IT assets. Also develops and maintains frontend and backend JavaScript applications, identifies and resolves bugs, supports production services, and contributes to testing, CI/CD, agile development, and process improvement. The role provides on-site support across Victorian locations and collaborates with technical and non-technical teams.

Lead and actively participate in luxury and premium vehicle sales at a Dutton One dealership. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating sales staff, achieving sales and profitability targets, managing customer relationships, developing new business, ensuring compliance, resolving concerns, and collaborating with Finance and Aftercare teams to improve dealership performance.

Provide expert legal advice and independently manage commercial litigation and dispute resolution across the Group, focusing on consumer law and product liability. Attend tribunals (VCAT), mediations, and conciliations; respond to regulatory inquiries; manage files and reporting; liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, insurers, and regulators; and support transactional and advisory work as needed.
