Lead and scale Dutch's legal function across corporate, regulatory, commercial, product, privacy, employment, litigation, and compliance. Advise the CEO, exec team, and board; manage outside counsel; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; build legal processes and playbooks; support state-by-state regulatory strategy for veterinary telemedicine, pharmacy, and consumer healthcare; oversee governance, financing, and employment matters; enable compliant product launches and expansion into new states.

Lead the event instrumentation and analytics stack: own Segment-to-Amplitude pipelines, build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake, manage orchestration with Prefect, design and analyze experiments, implement data quality and governance, and deliver semantic-layer metrics and data marts for BI and AI features.

Build and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile apps (iOS/Android). Implement front-end interfaces from designs using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and Sass. Integrate with back-end APIs (GraphQL), optimize performance, run experiments to drive product decisions, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers. Keep current with new technologies.
