Own Dutch’s product analytics and data engineering foundation, including event instrumentation, Segment and Amplitude pipelines, Snowflake and dbt models, orchestration, data quality, governance, and semantic metrics. Partner with product managers on experimentation, build dashboards and data marts, optimize infrastructure and costs, and provide trusted data for AI-powered features. This senior individual contributor role requires strong SQL, Python, analytics engineering, experimentation, and modern data stack expertise.

Build and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile apps (iOS/Android). Implement front-end interfaces from designs using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and Sass. Integrate with back-end APIs (GraphQL), optimize performance, run experiments to drive product decisions, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers. Keep current with new technologies.

Lead and scale Dutch's legal function across corporate, regulatory, commercial, product, privacy, employment, litigation, and compliance. Advise the CEO, exec team, and board; manage outside counsel; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; build legal processes and playbooks; support state-by-state regulatory strategy for veterinary telemedicine, pharmacy, and consumer healthcare; oversee governance, financing, and employment matters; enable compliant product launches and expansion into new states.
