The Finance Manager will manage automotive financing for approximately 70–100 monthly vehicle deals, maintain strong bank and finance relationships, structure deals to meet profit targets, and deliver professional customer service. The role requires strong communication and computer skills, automotive finance expertise, North Carolina notary status, and the ability to consistently achieve required per-copy revenue performance.

Manage dealership sales operations, especially used-vehicle inventory, pricing, merchandising, purchasing, reconditioning, and sales performance. Coach, hire, train, and lead sales associates; desk vehicle deals; appraise trade-ins; analyze business results; maintain inventory turnover; and resolve customer concerns. The role also ensures accurate online vehicle listings, effective customer deliveries, compliance with dealership policies, and collaboration with service departments.

Welcome customers, assess needs, explain vehicle features and options, demonstrate and present vehicles, handle objections, close sales, and report results to the Sales Manager. Receive paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to develop automotive sales skills and career progression.
